Upgrade components

This can be done through many different methods that include the use of upgrade components and also upgrading an item's mark levels or rarity. In addition there are many items that can be reforged, which could increase their stats.
You can find upgradeable items throughout the game. They are available throughout all over the world, as well as rewards for missions. Players can also craft them. Upgrade components are the main way to upgrade equipment. These are items that can be inserted into equipment. Most equipment has slots that can be upgraded and some require a specific level of upgrade. Some upgrade components provide specific bonuses, while others offer general bonuses.
There are many types of upgrade elements in the game, including universal upgrades, inscriptions, and jewels. The universal upgrades, such as gemstones and enchantments, can be put on any equipment, and offer less than equipment-specific upgrades. Glyphs can only be found in gathering tools. They offer a range of bonuses, ranging from increasing the speed at which an item gathers to providing extra crafting material.
To upgrade an item, click it in your inventory, then open the Upgrade window. This will display a preview on the right side of the screen that shows what the expected stats are after the upgrade, as well as any materials or components required. The Upgrade button at the bottom will show blocked if you don't have enough of or.
The upper-right side of the screen shows the amount of upgrade components required for a particular item. The cost of upgrading increases with the level and rarity of the item. However, you can reduce this cost by purchasing upgrades from a merchant or trading them with other players.
Many weapons can be improved by adding a prefix, such as a rune, or an insignia, and others can be upgraded by adding an suffix. These upgrades alter the name of the item, adding an adjective, for example "Radiant" or "Minor vigor. There are some exceptions, however. the noninscribable wands, foci and shields from the Prophecies and Factions campaigns, which are not upgradeable with any kinds of mods in any way.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a way to convey information via visuals. They move to grab the attention of the viewer and stimulate curiosity. The animation of glyphs mimics body language, making them even more effective in communicating a message across linguistic barriers. Glyphs also improve the likelihood of remembering messages by creating an emotional connection in the brain.
Each glyph can increase the value of a stat by a certain range. This is shown on the item, when you open it in the Glyph Storage. This is the maximum value that a glyph can enhance a stat by and not the amount it actually increases it by. The actual value of the glyph is determined by the quality and tier of the item you are enchanting it to.
The majority of upgrade components that are slotted into items cannot be repaired or replaced without removing the gear in question, with the exception of legendary equipment and upgrades. If you have a rune or glyph you don't want to use but it hasn't been applied to the gear yet, you can move the item to another piece by using the Upgrade Glyphs menu within the Glyphs Panel. This will create an entirely new Glyph Set with the selected glyph.
If you wish to remove the glyph from an item, you will need to save it using an Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool. The item where the glyph is placed will be destroyed, but the upgraded item can be salvaged using the glyph shards.
If you take an item off after putting a glyph on it, the shards of the glyph will vanish. You can also apply the glyph to your equipment to give it an extra benefit. Deferred Damage, for example, can store damage and be distributed slowly to the wearer instead of all at once. This is helpful for those who take a lot of damage from their enemies however do not want to be overwhelmed.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are used to alter the affixes that are placed on weapons and equipment. They can be obtained from many sources, such as mysterious boxes and rare drops from skulled monsters or by killing bosses. Each reroll provides the player with an unspecified affix, which is generally better than the one they had prior to. Reroll tokens are also a good option to reroll stats on weapons and can be upgraded to increase damage or perks.
Rerolled items don't appear in the menu of upgrade options, but they can be upgraded. By pressing the "upgrade button" you can recycle the rerolled items. This will alter the design of the item's window, and allow up to six items to be chosen for recycling. The gauge of level is increased by recycling an item. The amount is determined based on the item's rarity and also its level. Thus, items with higher levels are more valuable to recycle than items with lower levels.
item upgrades can also use Reroll Tokens and Star Remnants to reroll Weapon Traits for upgraded units. Rerolls roll the % chance of a particular weapon trait; if it rolls higher, the weapon will be upgraded, and if it is lower, it remains the same. Weapons can be upgraded up to three times.
Rerolling is a fantastic option to upgrade an item. However, players must be aware of the fact that the total ilvl is diminished by the number of the rerolls required to bring it to the final ilvl. This reduction effect is most effective with Diadems and rings that don't have other options for raising ilvls.
Players have complained that the reroll system is expensive. It's more fair to allow players to pay for it using money or food items which allows them to make changes to their builds without having to spend excessive amounts of time. However the paid rerolls aren't something the developers are planning to implement at this point in the game's development. Instead, they plan to include an ability to change races in the near future.
Leveling
There are a number of ways to increase the level of an upgrade to an item. The first is to increase the amount of upgrade, which increases the upgrade value of the stat. The second option is to boost the effect of an upgrade, which increases the healing or damage for a stat. In addition you have the option to upgrade the base item to an upgrade type. After this, the new item will maintain its iLevel, but will be upgraded with the effects of the upgraded type of item.
It is crucial to keep in mind that upgrades are not guaranteed. Most of the time, a better roll will come from the glyphs, however there are also possibilities for greater or special rolls. The type of the item will determine the iLevel. If you upgrade a rare or exclusive item to a unique kind of item, it is likely to getting a higher level.
Upgrading items can be costly especially if you're upgrading a piece of equipment from the standard to legendary track. The cost of upgrading an item will depend on the base iLevel and the number of levels to upgrade. Some upgrade tracks also require crests to reach the next level.
If you're lucky your upgraded item will be at the highest level on its upgrade track, and will unlock a bonus effect. This will provide the item with a significant upgrade value. The bonus effect changes with each upgrade level. In general the effect of upgrading is increased by a number of +3.
The iLevel will also change according to the upgrade path and its base level. For instance, an item that is upgraded from being a scarce or exclusive item to an extraordinary one is likely to gain the Enhanced Defence of the new base item.
