World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is a type of enchantment which increases the stats in certain armor or weapons. This includes tertiary statistics like Leech and Speed.
A special item for evolution that allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2. It can be found in Pokestops and Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be used on any type of gear and provide smaller bonuses than other components that are equipment-type specific to the equipment type.
Leveling
The upgrade system lets players improve items by increasing their level. The item's "guaranteed bonuses" are also improved by the level increase. Each level upgrade gives an additional bonus based on the tier and increases the stat by 3. These extras can range from a +1 to +3 bonus to a random buff or debuff.
item upgrading can be upgraded for a specific amount of times. After the upgrade, the item is able to be re-transferred to a higher-leveled item which is of equal or greater value.
This system is useful for those who want to purchase equipment with a specific level of stats prior to purchasing the new item. The transfer system is user-friendly and lets players save up on upgrade materials.
Upgrade materials are gathered when players clear their content and can be used to enhance or replace an item. Every item requires a specific type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. The materials are named after when the item is upgraded, for example Stone Fragments become Stones and Harmony Shards become Life Shards.
Item upgrade is important to improve the performance of a character, but it is important to take into consideration the cost before making any upgrades. The cost of upgrading an item could be a significant amount of gold which could be better spent on new gear. This is why it's best to upgrade the most important items in a given scenario.
This usually means that you first upgrade the weapon before the chest and legs, then the helm. If the player is able to afford it upgrading trinkets must be considered at this point to increase their proc potential. For example, a high-end Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading due to the increased damage from its procs. Some trinkets, however, aren't worth upgrading until they can provide an upgrade that is important to the particular build. This is particularly true for breakpoint gear used to increase stats like IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method that lets players change the stats of an armor, weapon or ring, based on the kind. It can be used to add new bonuses or replace existing ones. It can also alter the base power of the item.
While rerolling can be beneficial to boost your power in the early phases of the game, it's not an essential element of the game. When you reach your level 6 upgrade goal it is usually better to reroll and find the best upgrades you can or save the funds for the next set of items. This will allow you to have a strong team when you get to the level 9 upgrade goal.
Rerolling is a system that is similar to that of the leveling up system. Reroll tokens can be used to eliminate any Level Up option and replace it with a different one. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that if you roll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at the same level and will not have the additional bonus.
Players can also use an additional mechanic, Eliminate, to eliminate any level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is helpful if you've lost a gacha or need to roll an item that has five stars. To accomplish this, you'll need to create an account, or sign in via social media.
In the same way, there is an Occultist in every town that can be visited to alter a weapon or armor's Aspects and/or stats. This is useful if you have a five-star unit you'd like to make better, or if you have an elite four-star player you are struggling with.
Rerolling tokens are available by completing certain quests. These can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold or you can find them in the holozon boxes that are dropped after having completed certain dungeons. You can then reroll any weapon or armor, or ring by moving the icon with the lock on it to the desired slot on your unit's page.
Sets
A set is a group of items that are similar in some way. You will use sets on a regular basis for things like dozen eggs or a set of friends. They are helpful because they allow you to organize things, and operations like intersection, union and difference can help you manage them efficiently. Sets can be utilized in various ways, including arranging music on a play list or dividing students based on their grades.
In Nioh the game, Sets are used to give special effects when players are wearing pieces from a specific armor set. These bonuses are called Set Bonuses and they can be superior to Effects. Although it's not clear in the game's universe why the armor sets have to be worn together to produce these additional effects, they can provide an interesting change of pace when playing the game. The armor sets that have Set Bonuses are available in various locations throughout Hyrule, including the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are included with every piece of equipment in a Set. You can determine the ones you are looking for by hovering over the item and looking at the tooltip, near the bottom. Set Bonuses are displayed in a box that has a red border.
Certain of these set bonuses are only available to certain equipment. For example, if you have the complete Phantom Armor set you will get +8 defense (compared to the standard +3 defense included in the majority of gear). Other sets are available only through certain quests or purchasing them through the Auction House.
It is possible to earn Set Bonuses for several pieces of equipment simultaneously. For example, if you have the complete Kestra's Descent set and the matching parts of the Twinblade of Shadow you will get the + version of that set's bonus when you can be able to match it.
In contrast to Effects which change every time you upgrade them, Set Bonuses are the same, even as the individual pieces of equipment they are connected to increase in. If an item's exemplar is too low, then the set bonus will not be effective.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects that can be found on an item set, and provide players a boost in battle. They provide a certain amount of a certain kind of stat, such as weapon damage, or defenses, or resistances. They do not stack, however; only one of them will work at any given time. The amount of a stat is determined by how many pieces of the set are used, so you can have three chests and one armor and four weapons, for instance. but only the one with the most bonus will benefit you.
They usually boost the primary stat, however, certain bonuses increase secondary stats too. Defence bonuses increase three defensive positions and two kinds of defenses. For example a five-piece Hundings Rage set will give you 400 defense in your equipment. This is a huge increase in your gear, especially as a melee character.
This is a very useful feature, and it appears to be among the most popular features in the game. There are currently only a handful of sets of gear are equipped with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is likely to increase when the update is released. For instance, the popular 7 school-specific Dragoon's gear will be getting its bonus added to it when the update hits Live.
Set bonuses do not stack inside a set but they do stack across sets. This is a great option for players looking to combine sets in the most efficient way. However, item upgrades requires a bit of planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, therefore you must be cautious when placing them.
It is important to remember that the value of a set's bonus will not change even if your exemplar level is higher than three levels lower than the minimum allowed for an enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, sets for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this restriction and their set bonuses function regardless of the level of the item's exemplar.
